Some do work out to lose kilos, others to get some more kilos on the body- like me 😊. No matter what ,- if it is to lose or get more kilos,- to do work out regularly is healthy for the body as well as the mind πŸ˜ŠπŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ.

In a way I work it in and work it out- the work-out πŸ˜….

I work in my kilos so they can “show” Γ²ut in my body- like “show off”πŸ˜…, and I work out my kilos also so they can “show” in to have a healthy mind and body.


I feel much more happier in my mind as well as in my body when I work-out regularly. And it is actually easier to “handle” my online “social-worker”- job when I do my exercises on regular basis- the job is still the same, but my focus is different, and more positive 😊. So I work-out my negative “specter” and negative focus in a way.

Im working out my body and working in kilos and a postive mind πŸ˜…

I know some will say Im lucky, and in a way I m,- on the other hand,- when I just lose a couple of kilos its shows, to good,- and I dont like that. And it is much easier for me to lose kilos then get them on.

Give me 2 weeks of hardwork, busy days and a lots of stress and then 3 kilos is long gone from my body πŸ˜”,- and do you know what? It will take me between 4 to 6 months to get them back on again. But I need to work out and eat- good and various food – if not I will not be any heavier.

Is’ent strang how differently our bodys is created and working? At the same time our bodys is “built” in the more or less the same way, and also is working in more and less the same way😊,- at least in the same “form”. Our bodies look the same, but still comes in so many diffrents forms and shapes.

At the moment I m working out to get up to “my ideal- weight”,- my,- not any one else- just my!!! And my goal is 59- 60 kilos- that would be great if I manage that 😊. In the beginning of March this year I was 58, 5 kilo,- johhooπŸ˜…,- and then some “domino- chips” in my life just fall down, one after an other- very fast actually- and in “wrong”/ negative direction (at least after my opinion- but they says- one door is closing, it makes room for a new one and probably even better door- well we see- it didnt feel like that πŸ™„).

I did lost 3 kilos in “a swipp”. But now I m slowly getting “back on track” again 😊.

When I go up on my weight, inside in my head, I have a wish to see numbers almost as possible close to my “ideal weight” – and when that happens I suddenly feel so much better and comfy with my body 😍.

But if the weight have shown a number lower then I want- its the opposite thats happen. I dont feel so great and happy with my bodyπŸ˜”.

Some of this “weight- stuff” and feel comfortable with my body is also actually in my mind. Because- if I try a weight an other place then my own weight, and that shows different kilos (up or down) something is happen in my mind- my mind can go “up” or it can go “down”. It depends on the number πŸ˜….

I did really like to get on ine of my patient’s weight- because its always did show a number I wanted to seeπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜….

So,- well-being is also in the head and mind, at least in my head 😊.

I have actually no idea what should be my “professional” ideal- weight,- and thats not importen for me rather. I m 170 cm high and I want to be 59- 60 kilos. It doesn’t matter what any ine else want me to be. And its not totally correct to “compare” high/ weight rather ,- because its also muscle- mass and bone- mass in “here”. I know my bone-mass is not “heay”,- if I can explain it that way.

I remember I did try a weight on a farmacia in Arroyo del la Miel. I dont remember when it was,- but it show less kilos then I did have in my mind- and I was actually close to start crying πŸ˜…. I hurry home, did try my own weight- and suddenly my mood was so much better- because it showed the weight I did had in my mind 😊. The body and the mind works good togheter ,- not always, but normally 😊.

I always end my work- out with some yoga- exercises. Not because I do meditation in my mind (meditation for my mind I do when Im in my bed in the evening and before I go to sleep)- its more like a meditation for my body, and my muscles get a really good “stretch”,- and my body feels so “happy” after πŸ˜ŠπŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ.

Finish with my yoga- exercises- and just laying on the floor πŸ™„πŸ˜Š

I think ideal- weight is a good combination between what is in my mind, how my body is built- body- mass, muscle-mass and bone-mass,- and of course how I m feeling with my kilos 😊. And I hope it could be like that for many others people too,- people that have some more kilos then me,- but- wow- they are gorgeous πŸ’›. I should really wish some of them knew that and felt it in theier mind – that they are gorgeous just the way they areπŸ’›.

Like I have mention before,- it is a bit healthier to have a couple of kilos to much then to little,- but it is also a different to have some kilos to much and to be obesity. Obesity is actually a serious health- problem, as well as anorexia is.

But a healthy body is much more than the kilos on the weight- it also a healthy mind, the food we are eating and the work-out we are doing in one or another way πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈβ˜€οΈ πŸ’›πŸ˜Š.
