Its not a blue Monday for me at all,- its a good Monday Blue insted. That means,- I did end this Monday in the blue water in our pool under the blue sky 🏊♀️.
I need to try to do my best to keep up and going with the good work-out and exercises-rutines I have been working in in my “lifestyle” since October last year. But to be honest it was really hard to find any kind of motivation or energy to move my body to my step-maskin and weights today 😅. I just wanted to be at my sofa and watch tv,- but I m actually sitting all day long at work,- so some “moving” is a bit important. To keep my body in function and healthy 😊.
Im lucky because we have “our own pool” in the urbanisation we are living in. And it was actually a bit more easier to move my body to the pool and use some time there for swimming and some different exercises in the water this afternoon.
Motivated for some afternoon-exercises in the pool 😊
To swim and do different kinds of exercises in the water is good for the all of the body, and it did do the work-out a bit easier to day, to use the pool as my “work-out” area.
I felt so refreshed, and also with more energy after my “swimming-session”. And it was also very relaxing at the same time. To swim in the lovely water and look at the blue sky.
So maybe I should start my work-out week with a swim in the pool and some exercises in the water on Mondays? Create it to my Monday Blue work-out. A nice end on the day, and a good start on the “work-out” week? 😊

Normally I do like to start my day with work-out, do tge “work-out” in the mornings,- but at the moment I need to start so early then,– and to be honest,- I prefer to sleep to 06.30 in the morning, insted of waking-up at 05.00 to do “work-out” 😅.
Well,- then its actually just one thing to do,- and thats turn around my rutines for my work-out,- and thats probably one of the “easiest” changes in my life at the moment 😊.
But for me its important to do work-out as best as possible, have a rutine, keep me healthy in my body and in my mind ,-and I actually like it,- and it makes me happy 😊.
Are you doing any kind of exercises or work-out ? And in case,- what do you do,- and why do you do it? We have all different reasons to “keep our body moving” in some or another way 🤸♀️😊.
