Hiβ£ It is always so nice to see you π I hope all is fine with you π
At the moment the days have not enough hours for me to let me full them up with “everything” I want to do π .
Is this a familiar “problem” for you too? π
So I need to make some small changes, some small “efforts” and put a couple of things “on hold” for maybe a month. But thats fine,- thats life π.
I really want to spent very good quality time with my holiday-guestes,- thats for sure π. But since I m at work at the daytime it will be some hours during the days my guestes are alone. Then they do what they want to do,- shopping, be at the beach or pool, go for some different kinds of “events” in the area and things like that.
Normally my guestes like this,- they are at holiday at the same time as they are visiting me and us π. And they get it both,- holiday in the daytime and me in the afternoon π .
But then it doesn’t feel okay for me to do “my stuff” in the afternoon like workout, painting or writing. This is things I can do when Im on my own. And everything of this I actually can “put a bit on hold” for a while. Its not the ” end of the world ” at all π.
But,- I need to do some kind of exercises and workout. Its importen for my mind and my body. (Because Im getting older π ). Its aslo importen for my kilos that I dont want to lose,- and if I dont do some kind #workout my kilos “run” away from me π . Im a bit opposite then many others,- and special when the days also are a bit “busy” ,- its like the kilos don’t bother “hang around” me π. And I like them, like them to “hang around my body” π.
So I m swimming in our pool now, as workout, at the moment , in the afternoons. Its not just “Monday-blue” workout at the moment any more,- its more like “5-7 days a week blue” πββοΈ π,- with 30- 45 min.of water-exercises. But thats fine.
In this way I can do some “workout” at the same time as I can be with my guestes π. Because they like to be with the pool in the afternoons,- and then I can swim a bit, join them a bit, and swim a bit more πββοΈ. Not the most “effective ” workout, but really much better then doing nothing π.
And the water is so soft around my body. Its feels like soft and cooling silk and velvet at the same time. And – wow,- its so refreshing too π.
And its easy to do different exercises too in the water,- easier then on the ground,- if you understand what I mean? π
But the body get a pretty strange shape, form and fashion under the water π . At least my body does π .
How does this nice models manage to look so pretty in shape in their “water-photos”? π€ My body look like…..just strange π .
Look at this π . Its look like Im “upsidedown” at the same time as my front is back and turned around π .
Any way,- my body get some healthy “moves” and my mind is, hopefully, “fresh and clear” too π.
Like I have mention in some other posts,- its just to find some solutions. Its not always easy to find them, and its not always “a just” rather,- but the “solution” dont always need to be so complicated,- but still do good in its own way π.
So for me,- “then its just to swim”, and enjoy the afternoons with the pool together with my guestes, at the same time as I get some exercises too π.
Mostly “everything” works out for a while π. Not necessarily “forever” ,- but “for a while” is a good solution tooπ.
