What is Black Friday, actually ? πŸ’°πŸ˜Š

Hi❣ It is so nice to see you,- like always 😊 I hope all is fine with you 🧑

So it’s Black Friday again, and not just Black Friday anymore, but it’s actually a whole black week many places.

But what is Black Friday? I m not very familiar with this day, it’s just the last years this day has become a “popular” day in the Norwegian “culture”. And I haven’t had the possibility to “enjoy” this day or week…..general because of the economy- what’s a bit ironic since Black Friday actually are about economy, sales, money and the possibility for getting a lots of different things very, very cheap πŸ’°.

The first time Black Friday in Norway was in 2010. So as you can understand, – this is something I haven’t growing up with at all. In 2013 the The collaboration between Norwegian and American online stores started through live updates on sales around the clock πŸ•°.

But Black Friday has actually a bit longer history behind then this 😊. And then from USA 😊.

Its started already in the 1800.

The financial crisis in the USA in the 19th century are actually one main background and reasons for the starts of Black Friday. And it’s really starts on the 4th Thursday after Thanksgiving. It’s a very good opportunity to buy many different, inexpensive items and accessories very cheap. Necessary as well as unnecessary.

Black Friday is also an indicator of how Christmas sales are going to be. And gives many stores the opportunity to turn red numbers into black numbers.

In USA the Christmas- shopping starts this day.

It’s both positive and negative sides and consequences “with” Black Friday, especially for customers, those who shops, likes shopping, and to get a possibility to make good and bad purchases.

So what’s not to good and what’s good with Black Friday?

I, in general, likes to starts “to put the focus” on the negative things in most of the “cases” and situations in life. Because its most of the time the last things you do remember in a context, in most context,- so then it’s good to give the positive “feedback” to the end. Did you get it? 😊 Then you do remember the positive things, because they are the last ones 😊. Thats why I think its create a bit more motivation to get and give the positive feedback to the end😊. (but that’s just my opinion 😊).

Anyway,- the negative sides and consequences for many costumers on Black Friday are they shops a lots of unnecessary things and stuff they don’t need, they cant use, or even cant give away, and they use to much money, even money they don’t have πŸ˜”. This can put them in a very bad and critical economic situation. For a short time or long time.

The positive effects, sides and consequences for other costumers are,- they gets a lots of necessary, useful and good things and stuff very cheap. They do actually save money, a lots of money- because they know who to use their money in a good way, or because they actually have money to use 😊.

And of course Black Friday are very good for the stores. Most of the stores manage to turn their red numbers to black numbers πŸ’°πŸ˜Š.

Like with most of the things in life there will always be some negative sides and consequences, and some positive sides and consequences 😊. I think it’s good to try to be a bit realistic around the negative sides and consequences, and try to learn to handle them as best as we can, and at the same time really enjoy the positive sides and consequences 🧑.

I’m not going to use this Black Friday to anything else then time at work, and time at the Christmas party with my job/ colleague tomorrow evening 🎊πŸ₯‚. It will be no shopping for me,- that’s what I m use to on Black Friday 😊.

But I wish you all Good luck with your shopping this Black Friday- enjoy it for what’s worth 😊 ,- but please don’t buy for more than you actually can pay for 😊.

I wish you a great day or evening wherever in the world you are 🧑. Thank you so much for dropping by today too,- and for reading my blog 🧑.

See you soon 😊

Black Friday has a long tradition in USA,- and a very short one in Norway 😊. Im not used to Black Friday at all ,- or have very much “conection” to this day 😊. But I really wish you all a Great Black Friday ,- enjoy it 😊.
